Llanberis
In June 2024 I was lucky enough to be invited to take part in Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year, as a Wildcard. The subjet for my heat, the second to be filmed in Llanberis, was Dinorwic Quarry close to the Slate Museum. This “gash in the hillside” was not a popular subject for some of my fellow artists! However I was delighted with view, inspired by the many and varied colours of the slate and the changing light.
