Solo Exhibition at the Anglers Rest

The Anglers Rest Bamford is a cosy and friendly pub, cafe and post office located just under Bamford Edge near Ladybower Reservoir. In 2013 it became the first community pub in Derbyshire when it was rescued from property developers and purchased by a collective of local residents. It is now run for the benefit of the wider community by the Bamford Community Society.
The Rest Cafe regularly hosts exhibitions by local artists and I am delighted to have been invited to exhibit during November and December 2023.
The Cafe is open 9am – 5pm daily (except Thursdays) and offers light meals and delicious cakes as well as hot and cold drinks.
My exhibition opened on Tuesday 7th November and runs until Thursday 4th January.
On the evening of Thursday 16th November I hosted a Meet the Artist event, giving a short talk and answering questions.
